Our current turn around time is approximately 8 - 10 weeks from the time we receive your inclusions.
This is an estimate only and is subject to change.
Turn around time varies depending on order volume and the time of year.
Please remember we make every single piece of jewellery by hand.
Once we have received your inclusions, your order will be added to the list on this page.
Order Lookup is a new feature only available for orders beginning with 'S'. All other orders please use the order queue system below. Please note that when looking up your order before receiving confirmation that inclusions have been received it will display an incorrect dispatch date estimate.
